The clubhouse is a popular venue for a wide range of private functions - whether it is a birthday, anniversary, christening, retirement or office party, a business meeting or a gathering following a funeral. Our clubhouse team have extensive experience in making arrangements to suit all occasions - whether the reason and tone is happy, sad or for business. We will be delighted to tailor the service, catering and décor to meet specific requirements and budgets of each event - from a small gathering to a large guest list and from an informal buffet to a gala dinner. Our staff have plenty of experience in managing post-funeral receptions and understand how difficult it is for those involved in planning the function at such a sad time so will ensure that all arrangements are as straightforward as possible. For happier occasions our team can assist and advise with every aspect of the event - suggesting menus and wines and liaising with suppliers for floral arrangements, entertainment and other services. Our unique location on top of the cliffs makes our clubhouse a very special venue for all types of event, providing scenic views out to sea and along the Kingsdown beach towards Deal. It also has wonderful photographic backdrops if required. When the weather is suitable our terrace area provides an excellent outdoor space for event guests to relax.
